WORKSHOP FOREMAN

Location: Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape

Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician – recognised trade test essential.
Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience.
Proven Workshop Foreman experience within a franchised motor dealership.
Strong technical diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
Experience managing workshop productivity, technician performance and quality control.
Previous exposure to high-volume passenger vehicle brands.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's licence.
