About the Role
An established business is looking for a strong Retail / Wholesale Manager to take full responsibility for operations, sales performance, and team management across the PE/Uitenhage region.
This role requires a hands-on, results-driven individual who can manage both retail and wholesale operations while driving growth and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day retail and wholesale operations
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the region
- Manage, motivate, and lead store and sales teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and overall inventory control
- Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and expand business
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Report on sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail and/or wholesale management role
- FMCG experience essential (Liquor, Food etc)
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Valid driver's licence (essential)
- Ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively
- Strong understanding of sales, stock control, and customer engagement

Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 per month
