Vehicle Sales Executive (2 Positions)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking high-performing Vehicle Sales Executives with proven experience in premium automotive brands to join a leading dealership in Port Elizabeth.

This role is suited to individuals who understand that premium vehicle sales are not transactional — they are built on client relationships, trust, and delivering a high-end customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales of premium vehicles through consultative, relationship-based selling
  • Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience aligned to brand standards
  • Build and maintain a strong client base and referral network
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Proactively generate new business through networking and outreach
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications and brand positioning
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery
  • Ensure all sales administration and compliance requirements are met

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in premium vehicle sales (non-negotiable)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong experience dealing with high-value clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Professional presentation and strong personal brand
  • Valid driver's license
  • Stable employment history within automotive sales

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Experience with brands such as:
    BMW | Mercedes-Benz | Audi | Volvo | Lexus | Land Rover
  • Existing client base within the Port Elizabeth region
  • Exposure to finance & insurance (F&I) processes
