COSTING & WARRANTY CLERK – PREMIUM DEALERSHIP

Overview
A premium automotive dealership is seeking a Costing & Warranty Clerk with strong dealership experience to manage costing, warranty claims, and job card administration.
This is a detail-driven role in a fast-paced environment—accuracy and accountability are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage warranty claims in line with OEM standards
- Ensure accurate costing of job cards and workshop activities
- Verify labour, parts, and pricing before finalisation
- Liaise with technicians and service advisors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding warranty submissions
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Costing & Warranty Clerk within a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of job card costing and warranty processes
- Experience working with OEM systems and procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Advantageous
- Experience with premium automotive brands
- Exposure to dealership management systems (e.g. Automate, Kerridge, Evolve, etc.)
- Strong administrative and reconciliation skills

Only candidates with relevant dealership costing and warranty experience will be considered.
General admin or non-automotive experience will not be suitable.
